Who sets the price
The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) sets the retail price of private LPG every month. It publishes the decision as an image, so the price here comes from UNB's report of each BERC announcement, checked by matching the 12 kg cylinder price against the per-kg price. Latest report: UNB. The government (BPC) 12.5 kg cylinder price comes from BPC's website.
